The meeting hall will be located in the middle basement between buildings M1 and M2 at the university, equipped with everything necessary, including:

• Display screens


• Wireless speakers and microphones


• A computer connected to the internet and a high-quality professional camera


• Tables and chairs


• A large space for the fair accommodating 32 booths for participating companies


• Provision of transportation (University buses – university-owned four-wheel drive vehicles) to and from the cities of Cairo, Mansoura, Alexandria, Port Said, and Ismailia


• Provision of accommodation at the largest and newest hotel in New Damietta City, “Lamar Azur,” for attendees during the fair duration
